London, 18 October 2007 - International Ferro Metals Limited (LSE: IFL), the integrated ferrochrome producer, announces the cancellation of 6 million options.

On 1 August 2007 the Company announced the issue of 6 million options to the Directors and Senior Executives of the Company. IFL announces today that the holders of all these 6 million options have agreed to their cancellation with immediate effect.
